UE4 - Project: Star Bounty - L04

Polycount thread progress: https://polycount.com/discussion/207840/wip-ue4-project-star-bounty/p1

Coming back from my learning experience from my 2nd Year project, I took what I understood with me and sought out to improve my snow assets on this new scene and this time with my varrying control and freedom over what I'd like to create without restrictions from my last snow environment! I had quite some fun trying to learn and create the gem shader as well as a better snow landscape mat.

This was my Node setup as well as my attempt to keep a clean node graph in UE4. I had to restart the shader about 3 times to get the results I wanted while watching tutorials online!

Initially an idea for the snow speckle from Mark Ranson, I utilized the nodes and inserted a panner and stretched it's coordinates giving the gem rock a really strange tech vein glow tavelling across it's surface.
