UE4 - Project: Star Bounty - L02B

Polycount thread progress: https://polycount.com/discussion/207840/wip-ue4-project-star-bounty/p1

Used to be a day time scene but changed to a more dusky purple as I wanted to challenge myself out of my comfort zone on scenarios without too much sun light and to practice using spotlight / pointlight controls in this scene. The colour were quite fun to tweak when it all started coming along, partly along the way I think I wanted it to look almost like a concept art painting and left stark but still somewhat harmonious colour tones from the green to blue to purple hues.

Though better used in the other levels, I learnt this method quite late where I could select meshes and turn them into a blueprint class to better move and rotate in the scene while making easy changes in the blueprint to update.

Me playing around in substance painter to export out emissive, I should probably export out several different emissives for more control or a mask in the future~
